Our Delivery Policy

We take deliveries very seriously, and believe that by employing our own delivery team ensures that more care and time are taken - therefore providing you with a stress free experience.

Before your sofa arrives we remove the manufacturing packaging and perform our own quality check. When this is complete we repackage in our own custom padded covers. You will have previously been called by us to agree an hours time slot. On the day of delivery we will wear all the required disposable PPE and shoes covers. On arrival at your property we will take a look at where you would like to have your sofa positioned.  If any items require moving the staff will do this before any unloading begins.  Once inside and your happy with the sofas position we will remove all the packaging and dispose of environmentally.
